Second Harvest Heartland

Dear Boreal Bliss Yoga Retreats Community,

We are committed to making sure Minnesotans have safe, reliable access to the nourishment they need. Together, we can support our fellow Minnesotan community.

Please join us for a free, donation-based live, or recorded virtual yoga class on Thursday, Feb. 12 at 12:00-1:00pm taught by Bryana Cook.  This will be a gentle yoga class and loving-kindness meditation.

The yoga class is free, yet we encourage all participants to donate to this cause.

All donations to support Second Harvest Heartland can be contributed here.

To receive the class link, you must register for the free yoga class below. Registered participants will be sent the live class link information via email automatically + the recording of the class will be emailed to you afterward. (please be sure to check junk/promotions folders)

For every dollar you donate, Second Harvest Heartland can provide 3 meals. Wow!  Please donate any amount you can.  Every single dollar truly makes a difference.

Thank you for joining us in our efforts to end hunger together.

    • The class recording will be emailed to registrants afterward.

    • Zoom link will be emailed to registered attendees one-hour before the workshop.
