2018 was filled with a lot of beauty, unforgettable memories, change, challenges, growth, and transformation. We are so grateful for our growing “omie” community. Thank you. You have enriched our lives for the better and we are so thrilled to be on this journey with you: all on different paths, yet lifting each other up along the way.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the memories that have already been created in 2019. Check out the recap of our February Yoga Retreat at Deep Portage and our March Yoga Retreat at Audubon Center of the Northwoods.

Haven’t been to a Boreal Bliss Yoga Retreat? We hope to meet you! We love welcoming new yogis into the family. Whether you are new to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner, we know you’ll find what you are seeking.

Here is a recent review from retreat attendee, Nora Woodworth:

“I just had the pleasure of attending my 3rd Boreal Bliss Yoga retreat, each different, but all very rejuvenating, and very much needed. Everyone needs to disconnect and put their energy into their own self care now and then. I find that I get more and more out of each retreat I go to. These ladies complement each other perfectly and you don't want to miss it. Get ready to meet the family you didn't know you had. ❤”

A few things have changed…

Here’s an update on upcoming yoga retreats in 2019!

Find Your Bliss: Pranayama, Meditation, Movement

Camp Bliss | Walker, MN

More detailed information and announcements at:

Only 8 spots remain for this highly anticipated BRAND NEW retreat!

Our typical style is to retreat into the rustic and cozy comforts of a Northern Minnesota Environmental Learning Center. While, we definitely still love our ELCs, this venue is able to offer a little bit more upscale creature comforts. At the same time, we get to experience a beautiful, quiet, and serene setting. Want to know more about the unique features of this retreat? Our favorite aspects are:

  • four days / 3 nights

  • small, intimate group

  • gorgeous, secluded location nestled between three private lakes

  • private/semi-private rooms with queen, full, and twin-sized mattress options

  • in-depth practice and knowledge on pranayama (breathing), meditation, and yoga asana (movement)

  • CEUs available for yoga teachers

  • multiple workshop options

  • on-site massage therapist available

  • free-time to roam, read, canoe, kayak, and practice self-care

  • organic, healthy, and soul-filling food catered by Green Scene Organic Market, Deli & Catering

Bryana is a School Social Worker and also operates her own grassroots yoga business: Northern Namaste Yoga.

Bryana loves outdoor adventure, hiking through the trees, swimming in lakes, paddling, camping, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, walking with her dogs, sleeping, reading, journaling, gardening, laughing, and yoga.

Bryana is a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She teaches fluid vinyasa flow classes and gentle flow classes. Bryana has been practicing yoga for over 13 years: hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, yin. She loves learning. One of the reasons she loves yoga is that the lessons of the practice are endless.
