FLOW

Yoga, Nature, Art Retreat

at Camp Olson in Longville, MN

Flow state is a mental state of being completely focused on a single activity. It's a state of optimal experience where you're so immersed in what you're doing that you lose track of time and yourself.

Find yourself deep in the northwoods in fall. Relish in the colors, crisp air, and outdoor beauty. Pair the stunning natural setting with yoga, meditation, elective art & creativity workshops, and outdoor adventures.

Flow

September 18-21, 2025

Longville, MN | Camp Olson

You’ve been asking for it, and now we’ve got it! A THREE-NIGHT fall yoga retreat at Camp Olson in Longville, MN.

Choose your Track

We are excited to bring back two tracks at this retreat. The idea is simple- choose the track that works best for your current needs. Whether you're craving calm or movement, we have a track for you. This also allows friends to retreat together, even if they prefer different styles of yoga practice. All our classes are creative, unique, and appropriate for all-levels.

Grounded + Soothing Yoga Track led by Bryana
This track is perfect for those seeking a slower, more introspective experience. These classes focus on breath, proper positioning, and gentle sequences that help support and maintain a strong foundation.  You’ll have the opportunity to feel fully relaxed and connected to your mind & body.

Movement + Flow Yoga Track led by Amanda
Looking for more dynamic movement? This track includes classes with standing sequences and vinyasa flows that help build strength, endurance, and energy. You’ll still get alignment cues and breath work, with a little more heat and rhythm in your practice.

Whether you choose one track or explore both, we hope these offerings deepen your connection to your body and breath.

  • Art

“You don’t have to be any good at an art form to derive great benefits. I sing. I write really bad poetry. I dance. I collage. We’re not talking about being a virtuoso. It’s simpler and more accessible than that.” - Susan Magsamen & Ivy Ross, Your Brain on Art

  • Movement

The great outdoors in the fall is absolutely dreamy. Hiking, kayaking, canoeing, yoga, and meditation wil leave you satisfied. Yoga outside as much as possible. Bring your bike to peddle around the campus if you like. The lakeside sauna + lake dip is a gem!

  • Nature

Camp Olson provides a serene landscape for nature immersion. Over 1,000 acres to explore. Get curious. Witness the sunrise and sunsets over Little Boy Lake. Gaze at the stars. Listen for the coyotes calling in the distance at night. Appreciate the natural beauty of the fall colors.

Retreat with us in the tranquility of the northwoods.
