Cohort 1 in 2020

In 2020, we started our YTT program with a small and intimate group of incredible women that comprised our first cohort.  As we navigate a global pandemic, life changes, and growth, we have continued to be humbly amazed and inspired by this group.  We aren't finished with cohort 1 yet, however we do have plans underway to invite a second group of folks to join us in the north woods of Minnesota to dive deep into the study of yoga in 2021-2022.

Cohort 2 Applications

We now have detailed information on our website about our plans for the next cohort of students. Please read all information on the website thoroughly, as we have very recently updated all pertinent information. The program will run from August 2021-May 2022.  Exact dates, application process, pricing, BIPOC (black, Indigenous, people of color) scholarship information, and more are all on our website now!

Training Locations

We are SO EXCITED about our training locations!! We love a beautiful venue in the middle of the wilderness. You do too? Well then we might be a match!

Not only will be learning immersion-style at the jaw-droppingly-beautiful Camp Olson in Longville, MN with over 1,000 acres to explore, but we will also kick-off our training at the edge of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness!  For cohort 2, we have a new and particularly exciting partnership with Birchwood Wilderness Camp at the end of the Gunflint Trail.  Birchwood is the definition of remote, picturesque, rustic, yet comfortable.  And that yoga deck, nestled in the treetops on the edge of the Boundary Waters? Unbelievable!
