Announcing: Day Retreat in Duluth November 6th!
We are excited to announce a one-day retreat at Movo Studio in Duluth, MN on November 6th!
Allow yourself to slow down and take time to reflect and rejuvenate. Nourish your mind and body with us as we ground and renew heading into the busy holiday season.
We’ll start the day with a sunrise hike overlooking Lake Superior. From there we’ll move through meditation, vinyasa, and a delicious breakfast provided by The Pharm.
Then we’ll move into a booty kicking HIIT class followed by a workshop on the Science of Stress Relief while we eat a nutritious lunch provided by The Pharm. Finally, we’ll move through a gentle restorative flow and closing circle.
The day begins at 7am and we’ll head home at 2pm. This retreat will be intimate, with only eleven participants. Early bird rate of $125 is available through October 20th, after which the rate will increase to $149. Won’t you join us!? The retreat will be led by Amanda Imes and Jess Rossing.
Amanda Imes is a co-founder of Boreal Bliss Yoga Retreats. She has been teaching yoga since 2014 and getting into shenanigans since about 1990. She is also an economist for the State of Minnesota. Amanda loves creating experiences to immerse others in the wilderness of northern Minnesota and helping others find a deeper connection between the mind and the body through yoga, meditation, and creative writing.
