ANNOUNCING FALL 2021 YOGA RETREATS
We have been going through a massive amount of change and adjustment during 2020-2021. Change is a natural part of our lives, yet unless we pause to acknowledge it, change can be all-consuming, stressful, difficult and/or ungrounding.
Our fall yoga retreats will center on an intentional weekend away to pause and honor the natural ebbs and flow of life.
Book Club
Both retreats will feature an optional book club - which we are very excited about! Our book is:

If you choose to purchase and read the book prior to the retreat, you will have the option of joining us for a book club, writing and discussion workshop (included in your retreat price).
A fall weekend away in the woods..
As always, our yoga retreats focus on a destination experience in the woods. We will breathe the fresh fall air, move our bodies in nourishing ways, eat good food, meditate, write, connect, and relax.
