A yoga class by picturesque Leech Lake
Join Bryana Cook of Northern Yoga and Wellness and Boreal Bliss Yoga Retreats for a summer of Lakeside Yoga at Trapper’s Landing Lodge on Leech Lake!
When: May 29, June 19, July 3 from 10-11am
What: 1-hour yoga class by the lake, followed by optional social time at onsite restaurant The Merit. Enjoy a complimentary mimosa/bloody mary, etc. at The Merit following class (n/a options available too!)
Who: Open to the public: meet in the grassy area next to the beach
Where: Trapper’s Landing Lodge on Leech Lake, Walker, MN
What to bring:
Yoga mat and/or beach towel: participants to provide their own yoga mats - or opt to bring a beach towel! I like to use a towel underneath my yoga mat outside, or just ditch the mat completely and go with a towel.
Mask: please wear a mask upon entering The Merit restaurant after class, or to use the indoor restroom.
Rain:
In the instance of rain, the class will be canceled in advance.
Covid Health & Safety Precautions:
will be followed according to MN State Guidelines and CDC: i.e. social distancing, mask wearing in restaurant.

Special Notes about Lakeside Yoga at Trapper’s
Teaching yoga outside by the lake is one of my favorite experiences. Minnesota lake life is an iconic treasure.
Leech Lake is a big beautiful and clean body of water that is such an amazing resource to our area. Trapper’s Landing Lodge is a gorgeous historic venue that is celebrating 100 years as a resort in this phenomenal location on Leech Lake. The resort will be hosting some fun events this summer as a way to celebrate this landmark.
Also of interest, The Merit restaurant is opening May 13th with a limited menu. Starting Memorial weekend, the restaurant will be in full swing. They have a new chef onboard this summer, creating an exciting and delicious menu. I’ve heard great things and I can’t wait to check it out for dinner on the most beautiful, big deck on Leech Lake!
