Yoga at Portage
Yoga at Portage is back! Join Bryana on any (or all!) of the following Saturdays at Portage Brewing Co. in Walker, MN. Please plan to pre-register using the link below - thank you!
Arrive as early as 9:45am to settle into class. Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. On the December 31st yoga session please also bring a journal and pen.
Cost: $20 -includes a beverage after class (n/a options available)
Yoga Class: Yoga sessions will focus on the amazing combination of breath and movement. We will ease in gently, mix in a bit of feel-good strengthening and heat in the middle, and a nice long relaxing cool-down to savasana. These classes are meant to soothe and satisfy. The themes below give you an idea of the "feel" I'd like to capture at each class. This gives a little more intention for each session as we prepare to move through the fast-paced holiday season.

Saturday, November 26 | 10-11am Gratitude Yoga: A yoga session focused on the reason for the season.
Saturday, December 10 | 10-11am Holiday Self-Care Yoga: A yoga session focused on self-care during this time of giving, creating, care taking, magic, and more.
Saturday, December 31 | 10-11am New Year's Yoga + Journaling Workshop *Bring journal along! A special journaling and yoga session with intention setting for your year ahead.
Saturday, January 14 | 10-11am Fresh Start Yoga: A yoga session focused on the brand new year.
Timing: Arrive as early at 9:45am to settle in. Yoga class from 10-11am. Group time to help move tables back, order your beverages, and settle in to chat and relax on a Saturday! Embrace your inner Hygge...cozy, comfortable, slow, mindful.
