New Beginnings

The energy of a new year is palpable. It’s a full circle moment. Last year at this time you were an entirely different person. You’ve had a year of experiences, challenges, lessons, aha moments and more.

The momentum as we launch forward into 2024 can carry us into alignment with our values. “Tiny tweaks” in our daily life have long-lasting impacts.

Throughout the year, it’s helpful to check-in with yourself. I like to use a writing/journaling practice for this. Acknowledge yourself. Give kudos! Hey, you’re putting in “the work” every single day.

Go easy on yourself. Change happens gradually. Again reflect. You truly are a different person than you were a year ago. List or mentally note all the ways in which you’ve changed and grown!

Aligning with our values brings the greatest, most valuable impact(s) to our lives.

Wishing you a very happy New Year! Here’s to 2024 and all that lays ahead!
