Sauna at McQuade! A special addition to the in-person summer yoga series at McQuade Safe Harbor with Amanda Imes of Boreal Bliss Yoga Retreats.
Silver Creek Sauna Co!
Four times this summer, Silver Creek Sauna Co will join us with their brand new mobile sauna! Enjoy a steamy session after yoga on the last Tuesday of each month!
Spots are limited to 12 individuals. We’ll do yoga while the sauna heats up, then take turns sitting in the sauna and hanging by a fire on the lake from 6:30-8:30pm. I’ll have my solo stove set up and we’ll make a night of it!
These sessions are $25 each and capped at 12 people, first-come, first-served so purchase your pass to guarantee your spot in advance!
